Payment Methods
All prices listed on Bestkickshoes or quoted by
Bestkickshoes are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise
noted. Bestkickshoes accepts the following payment
methods:

Shipping and fees
Shipping per item is Free to US residents living in
the United States. International Shipping is $15.00
USD.
All items are shipped via
either UPS/EMS(USPS)/TNT Express (at our
discretion)
All orders are processed before being shipped.
Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Once
processing is done, items are shipped, it will take
4-8 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise.
In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your merchandise.
Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday
excluding holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid
address, including apartment number if applicable,
for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail
forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a
vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be
at home when the package is due to arrive.
Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the
receipt of the package, and Bestkickshoes will not
be responsible for returned orders due in part by
customer negligence.
Returns
Should you receive the incorrect size (based on
tags), you may return the item within 10 days of
receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of
receiving the item prior to any returns so we can
provide the correct instructions on returning the item.
Should you receive an item with a defect or damage,
you must contact us within 5 days and provide a
digital picture of the item received.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the
shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had
minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not
fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather
have a different shoe.
Under our discretion if we choose to refund a
customer do to error on their part for the above
stated reasons a $30.00 USD re-stocking fee will be
charged.

All items are subject to availability. In some (rare)
instances, items may go out of stock right after an
order has been placed. Special discounts and offers
are available on a first come first serve basis due to
limited available quantity.
All the items are in US Men's Size, unless otherwise
stated.
Due to our discretion we may send a .5 (half-size)
bigger to customers because of feedback from
customers on a specific shoe about the comfort or fit.
(So please order your shoes based upon what size
